We are all called for greatness.
We are all called for a purpose,
we are all called to accomplish something.
We all have a specific mission,
a mission to accomplish the one thing
that would not be accomplished otherwise by us.

Yet, we choose to sleep on our dreams.
Foolishly, hoping that there would simply knock on our doors.
We all experience that itch to do something out of the ordinary,
to push to that extra mile and bring out the extraordinary.
But yet, we choose to dance to the rhythm of laziness.

We all want to win, but our behaviour and habits
are contrary to that which we desire.

Yet we do not boast in what we can do,
but give ourselves as servants,
to advance a Kingdom far beyond
what human minds can imagine,
a glorious place, a place of joy,
peace, grace, love, worship,
a place of tangible presence,
the presence of God,
who can imagine!

So let us rise up from our sleep,
and do that which we were called to do.
Let us get up and put on our gears to steward
that which has been entrusted to us.
Let us rise and lead with love and integrity
a people after God’s own heart.
